Let me introduce you to Dale (Ginge) age 22 on Lead Guitar and Vocals, Johnny (Bear) age 22 on Bass and Backing Vocals, Andy (Fish Boy) age 21 on Drums and pizza. These are the members of GIRL KILLS BOY, a pop punk/rock/ emo band based in Castleford near Leeds in West Yorkshire, England.
We formed in fall 2005 and have been together for two years now and we are loving every minute of it (although some of the late drinking sessions can get a bit… shall we say… messy lol). We take our influences from all over the music scene from different genres and time periods. For example Morrisey, Alkaline Trio, and the Doors.

We have recently released our second EP “Silhouettes and Sunsets”, which has gone down a storm in our local band/music scene, this was a follow up to last years release “This Is Me” EP including TELL ME. Which has so far sold 300 and some copies.
Recently we have been busy playing local gigs but are now looking to branch out into the larger areas, for example next year we are venturing out to the wilds of Wales for a small tour (watch out for the killer leeks). We are always writing new material; in fact I don’t think we actually ever stop thinking of new ideas.
We take our music seriously but not too seriously because lets face it, what’s making music without having a bit of fun on the way?!
